Applying decals with warm water is a breeze using this simple device with a good-sized mug.
Dunk decal in warm water and lay on your work surface (the decal, not you..) until the film easily slides from the backing.
Keep your brush in the warm water and wet the gloss-primed surface just prior to sliding the decal into place.
Keep using warm water and soft brush to get the decal to conform to raised and sunken detail.
